National Delivery (within Switzerland)

ORDER:
Orders will be confirmed latest 5 workdays after the receipt of the order, stating availability of the titles and the expected time of delivery. Regular customers however, will only receive such a confirmation if the expected time of delivery is delayed.

PAYMENT:
Regular customers will be delivered on account, new customers will only be delivered against prepayment.

PACKAGE:
Products are packed very carefully in order to ensure safe delivery without damages. Should nevertheless a product be damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receipt.

DELIVERY:
Our time of delivery amounts to a maximum of 5 workdays. In case of delay you will be informed via the order confirmation.

INVOICE:
Every delivery contains a detailed invoice.

MAILING EXPENSES:
We ship our CDs, 7"s and "small Items" free of charge. For packages with LPs and boxes we charge shipping cost by 8.--! We ship principle with priority-post!

RESERVATIONS:
Products will be reserved immediately after confirmation of the order. The maximum reservation time is 14 days. If after 14 days the outstanding amount has not yet been paid and we have not received a reply regarding the status of the order the reservation will be cancelled without further information.

PAYMENT:
Payment according to invoice onto national giro account. Cash sent by post (on own account!) is also possible.

International Delivery

DELIVERY:
Orders will be confirmed latest 5 workdays after the receipt of the order including a detailed invoice and stating availability of the titles. Please confirm the order again after receiving the invoice, so we do not keep open any reservations which are no longer required.

PAYMENT:
We only deliver against prepayment.
